Pelatihan Kebersyukuran; Sebuah Upaya untuk Menurunkan Kecemasan Menghadapi Ujian Nasional pada Siswa SMA

Abstract


Ujian Nasional (UN) merupakan salah satu sumber penyebab kecemasan pada siswa. Hasil asesmen di SMAN Y Yogyakarta diketahui 29% siswa kelas XII memiliki kecemasan menghadapi Ujian Nasional yang tinggi. Perasaan cemas ini mempengaruhi performansi siswa dalam menghadapi UN. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Pelatihan Kebersyukuran sebagai alternatif pemecahan masalah kecemasan menghadapi Ujian Nasional pada siswa kelas XII. Disain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untreated Control Group Design With Pretest And Posttest Sample. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan melalui uji statistik mixed anova untuk mengetahui efek Pelatihan kebersyukuran terhadap kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil penelitian adalah pelatihan kebersyukuran dapat menurunkan kecemasan menghadapi UN pada siswa SMA.

National Examination (Ujian Nasional) is one of the root causes of anxiety in students. The results of a preliminary study in SMAN Y Yogyakarta known 29% students of class XII having anxiety in dealing with the UN. Test anxiety will affect the performance of students for the examination. This study develops gratefulness training as an alternative to solving anxiety problems facing the National Examination in Class XII. The design used is untreated Control Group Design With Pretest And Posttest Sample. Quantitative data analysis is done through a mixed ANOVA statistical test to determine the effects of training kebersyukuran the experimental group and the control group between before and after training. The results of the study are kebersyukuran training can reduce anxiety dealing with the UN on high school students.
